The Dramm Hydra200 is a high volume hydraulic sprayer capable of performing a variety of tasks. The Hydra200 is perfect for the application of insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators, fertilizers, disinfectants and other chemicals in large commercial nurseries, greenhouses and cultivation facilities. With a maximum pump output of 7 gallons per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 550 psi with a fully adjustable regulator, the Hydra200 offers enough volume to use a choice of guns, drench, and agitate the tank simultaneously.

The Hydra200 pump is close-coupled directly to the motor, sharing the same shaft, which removes any belt, chain or gear drive between the two and reduces maintenance. The large 200-gallon platform supports up to two reels (gas only) and an optional second 20-gallon auxiliary tank for smaller jobs or to switch product mid-application.

A Corrosion Resistant Fittings (CRF) version is available for use with corrosive oxidizers such as ZeroTol; the CRF version eliminates brass fittings, replacing them with stainless or plated components. Lab testing showed that, where standard Hydra units recirculating water with ZeroTol leached 700 ppb of lead, the CRF version produced no detectable lead under the same conditions. A no-pump/no-motor spray-cart-only version is also available for customers who already own a pump assembly.
