The Hydra SprayTrax Gas 100 is a 100 gallon hydraulic sprayer on Dramm's four wheel self-tracking SprayTrax cart. Both axles steer, so the loaded unit turns 360 degrees inside a 7 ft circle, and 15 in turf tires clear thresholds and soft ground; the tongue lets you pull it by hand or hitch it behind a tractor. Every build on this page runs a Honda 5.5 HP gasoline engine close-coupled to a triplex stainless steel piston pump rated at 7 GPM and 550 psi. It is aimed at nurseries and greenhouse ranges that need to move a large tank around obstacles without a power cord.
Start with the reel, because it sets most of the price. No reel with no hose is the bare machine for growers who already own reels; single reel is the standard build; dual reel carries two hose runs of the selected length. The ElectricWind reel is motorized, with push button variable speed rewind that only winds while the button is held. RemoteWind is a motorized reel triggered from the gun end of the hose by a pressure sensor rather than a wireless remote, with programmable rewind speed, a safety stop and a level wind guide. Every ElectricWind and RemoteWind build on this page comes with the electric start engine; on the manual reel builds recoil start is standard and electric start is an upcharge. Hose runs from 75 ft to 400 ft depending on the build, and the 400 ft run is only offered on an ElectricWind reel. CRF means Corrosion Resistant Fittings: Dramm replaces the brass fittings and manifolds with stainless or plated components so the machine can be run with oxidizers such as ZeroTol and other peroxide chemistry, and on this page CRF is offered on one dual reel build.
