The Dramm FCST100 FertiCart SprayTrax is a heavy-duty, battery-powered fertilizer stock solution cart and tank with on-board agitation, built for larger-scale outdoor fertigation. This DR40 variant is plumbed for the Dosatron D40 (D8 Range) high-flow injector — up to 40 GPM — making it the right tool for nurseries, propagation yards, and outdoor growing operations that need both portability and serious flow. The DC-powered pump provides up to 2-3 GPM of agitation and uses Dramm's unique agitation bar to keep stubborn chemicals and fertilizers in solution (some initial mixing into a slurry may be required before adding to the tank). A specially designed stand filter prevents water-soluble fertilizers from clogging the intake while mixing. The 100-gallon tank provides plenty of capacity for extended runs between refills. Battery operation is the FCST100's defining feature: a 12 VDC, 100 Ah sealed AGM battery powers the agitation pump for 8-12 hours on a full charge (standard operation pulls 4-5 amps, with an 8.5 amp max load). An included 12V, 10 amp charger restores a near-empty battery in 8-12 hours and operates as a maintainer when complete. Run the cart out in the field without dragging an extension cord. The rugged cart design includes articulating axles for uneven terrain, a tight turn radius, and 15" turf tires for rough ground. Built to handle outdoor fertilization, the FCST100 can connect to an irrigation system or be used to hand water directly from the injector outlet. The unit comes complete with all plumbing, including a 200 mesh filter to protect the injector, a check valve to stop water hammer, a stand filter on the intake to reduce clogging, and a drain valve to empty the tank. 1.5" female pipe thread plumbing connections handle the higher flow rates of the D40.
