The Dramm FC50-A-D40 FertiCart is a durable fertilizer stock solution cart and tank with on-board agitation and aeration, paired with larger plumbing to support the Dosatron D40 (D8 Range) high-flow injector at up to 40 GPM. With 50 gallons of stock solution capacity, this is the right FertiCart for operations injecting at higher flow rates — multi-zone fertigation, larger irrigation runs, or boom-mounted hand watering. The AC-powered 5 GPM pump provides up to 5 gallons per minute of agitation through Dramm's unique agitation bar, keeping stubborn chemicals and fertilizers in solution. The FC50-A also includes air injection to aerate the tank — this system maintains saturation levels of dissolved oxygen and helps keep beneficial nematodes viable during application, a key advantage when injecting living biological products. Built on Dramm's popular MSO-style cart, the FC50-A-D40 is constructed from vinyl-coated steel for corrosion resistance against fertilizer salts, disinfectants, and acids. The frame rides on solid rubber wheels (no flats) with rear casters for easy maneuverability in tight greenhouse aisles. A drain valve at the bottom of the tank makes clean-out quick between recipes, and a plastic mounting plate carries the injector. The unit comes complete with all plumbing, including a 200 mesh filter to protect the injector, a check valve to stop water hammer, and unions on either side of the injector to make installation, service, or removal easy.
