The Dramm Large AutoFog (LVH-20A) is an easy-to-use, low-volume automatic chemical applicator designed for large greenhouses. The Autofog automatically treats areas up to 30,000 square feet by itself — or up to 70,000 square feet when paired with Dramm HAF horizontal air-flow fans — with no applicator present. Set the timer, mix the chemical and leave; the next morning, ventilate the greenhouse and clean the Autofog. The unit saves labor and chemical by replacing the need for a human applicator and by drastically reducing the volume of solution needed for full coverage. At the heart of the LVH is a patented, recalibratable ultrasonic nozzle that generates billions of micro-particles (0.05 to 10.0 microns) — an ultra-fine fog that fills the entire treatment area with active chemical. These tiny droplets ensure complete, even coverage of all plant surfaces, eliminating costly run-off versus conventional hydraulic sprayers. The Autofog easily applies a wide variety of formulations including biorationals; corrosive products such as oxidizers require the optional stainless steel nozzle (LVH-20A-SS). The LVH is built for daily use in the greenhouse environment. Plastic and stainless construction will not rust or corrode. The dual-filtered tank prevents nozzle clogging and the solution tank is removable for easy filling and cleaning. The oilless compressor is low-maintenance and can atomize over the crop without contaminating the spray. Separate timers for the fog and HAF fans allow pre-ventilation for best distribution, and the fogger head can be separated from the control and compressor carriage on 100 ft of hose and cord for flexible placement in the greenhouse.
