Autofog Annual Maintenance Kit

Dramm builds one annual service kit for the Autofog, in three versions matched to the three fogger head sizes. The kit replaces the wear parts in the nozzle and solution path plus the compressor air filter, which is the whole of the routine maintenance an Autofog needs to keep spraying at its rated output. Dramm's guidance is to fit it every season whether or not the parts show evidence of wear. Since the Autofog nozzle is recalibratable rather than disposable, the kit also carries the instructions for recalibrating it after the parts are changed, and that recalibration is the step that actually returns the machine to its rated output.

Order the kit that matches the fogger head you own; Dramm builds a separate kit for each head size and asks you to specify the size when ordering. Mini - MLVH is the kit for the Mini Autofog MLVH-10A. Standard - SLVH is the kit for the SLVH-20A. Large - LVH is the kit for the LVH-20A, the larger head that runs at the higher 55 ml/min output. All three kits do the same job - suction tube, nozzle O-ring, solution line connector assembly, suction line strainer and compressor air filter, with printed replacement and calibration instructions - and the calibration check differs with the head: 90 ml through the nozzle in two minutes on the MLVH and SLVH heads, 110 ml in two minutes on the LVH.
