Aluminum Bench Riser Assembly with JetRain Nozzle
A made-up riser: an aluminum stem that lifts a JetRain nozzle above the pipe or bench so the pattern clears the crop, supplied with the nozzle already fitted. Dramm's bench riser approach exists for rolling benches, where the nozzles have to travel with the bench so the pattern lands in the same place wherever the bench is rolled. Buying it assembled saves building the stack from stem, check valve and cone on site, which matters when a house needs several hundred of them.
Three choices. Riser height is the stem, 15 inch or 20 inch, picked from how tall the crop finishes and how far the pattern has to spread from that height. Nozzle color is the flow rate, from Dramm's published 360 degree JetRain chart measured at 40 psi: White 0.48 gpm (1.8 L/min) and Blue 0.48 gpm (1.8 L/min) are the propagation mist pair with 7 ft maximum coverage, and Red 0.79 gpm (3.0 L/min) covers up to 11 ft for mist and irrigation. Shutoff valve is whether the riser can be closed on its own: No Valve is the plain assembly, and With MicroValve adds a small valve at the riser so one position can be shut down without isolating the rest of the line, which earns its keep where benches are emptied and refilled a bench at a time. Not every combination of the three is built - check the variant list before assuming a given height, color and valve choice exist together.
