Dramm - 300 Shut-Off Valve Repair Kit
Brand: Dramm
300 Shut-Off Valve Repair Kit
These are Dramm's two service kits for the 300 brass shut-off valve, the quarter-turn ball valve used at the end of greenhouse hoses. Which one you need depends on whether the handle has failed or the valve itself is passing water. Both are genuine Dramm parts and both are sold as one kit per unit; neither is a complete valve, because the brass body is not included in either.
Order Handle Only when the handle is bent, loose or snapped off but the valve still seals when closed. That kit supplies the forged handle together with the valve stem, nyloc nut and stem washer, which covers the whole handle-and-stem path and nothing below it. Order Full Kit when the valve drips through when closed, weeps at the stem, or has gone stiff to turn: the full kit replaces all internal components as well as the handle, so it rebuilds the valve rather than patching one part. If you are not sure which failure you have, the Full Kit contains handle parts too, so it covers both cases. One check before ordering Handle Only: it supplies the standard forged handle, so confirm your valve is not the raised-handle version of the 300.

Key Features
- Two depths of repair - handle and stem parts only, or a full internal rebuild
- Handle Only supplies the forged handle plus valve stem, nyloc nut and stem washer
- Full Kit replaces every internal component and the handle in one order
- Genuine Dramm parts, so the fit matches the original valve
- Rebuilding keeps a sound brass body in service instead of scrapping the valve
- Both options are stocked as single kits, so spares are easy to keep on the shelf
Ideal Applications
- Restoring 300 brass shut-off valves that drip through when closed or weep at the stem
- Replacing handles bent or broken by carts, doors and dropped hoses
- Off-season overhaul of hose-end valves across a greenhouse range
- Servicing valves that have become stiff to turn
- Holding maintenance spares so a failed valve does not idle a watering crew
The 300 brass shut-off valve itself, in both standard and raised-handle form, is listed under Hose Shut-Off Valve.
