The DIG 3/4 in. backflow preventer protects the potable water supply from contamination by preventing reverse flow from the irrigation system back into the supply line. It is a simple, inline device installed at the head of a drip or low-volume zone.

Installed upstream of the control valve or zone, the backflow preventer is available with hose-thread (FHT x MHT) or threaded pipe (FPT x MPT) connections to match the supply fitting.
