A 7 ft Ethernet patch cable supplied by DAB for use when a DConnect Box is connected to the network by cable instead of Wi-Fi. DAB lists it in the DConnect Box accessories section of its US range with the note 'to use in case of LAN connection'.

It suits the DConnect Box, which carries an Ethernet port compliant with the IEEE 802.3 10Base-T and 100Base-TX standards, and is the right choice where the Wi-Fi signal at the pump room is weak or where site policy requires a wired connection. Note that the DConnect Box2 reaches the internet over Wi-Fi only and has no Ethernet port.
