DAB ESY I/O Expansion Module

ESY I/O is the electronic expansion module that lets an EsyBox line pump talk to the rest of the plant. It adds four optoisolated digital inputs for devices such as float switches and pressure switches, four normally open relay outputs for remote alarms and auxiliary equipment, an input for a remote pressure sensor that compensates for pipe losses, and an RS485 Modbus RTU gateway for a building management system.

The module is wall mounted in an IP 55 enclosure with cable glands, runs on ordinary 100-240 VAC single-phase power, and links to the pump over DAB proprietary 802.15.4 wireless. Configuration and firmware updates are done through the DAB app rather than dip switches, and the pump itself decides how the interfaces are used.
