Cyco Swell

Cyco Swell is a bloom booster in the Cyco Platinum Series with a guaranteed analysis of 1 percent total nitrogen (all nitrate nitrogen), 5 percent available phosphate (P2O5), 3 percent soluble potash (K2O), and 1 percent magnesium, derived from potassium nitrate, potassium phosphate, and magnesium nitrate. Cyco states that the phosphorus plays an essential part in photosynthesis, assists with plant maturation, and aids in withstanding stress, while the potassium helps enhance fruit quality and the magnesium activates plant enzymes needed for growth. Cyco recommends it in the later flowering stages. It is aimed at commercial operators finishing a bloom cycle in controlled-environment agriculture.

Swell is used in conjunction with the regular feeding program, added at 2.5 ml per litre to the nutrient reservoir, which Cyco notes will increase solution ppm by approximately 200. It sits on top of the Bloom A and B base during the later flowering stages. Cyco specifies that Potash Plus is not to be used in conjunction with Swell, so the two are scheduled as separate phases of the bloom program rather than run together.
