SoilGard 12G Microbial Fungicide

SoilGard 12G is a granular microbial fungicide containing spores of the beneficial soil fungus Gliocladium virens strain GL-21. It helps prevent damping-off and root rot caused by Pythium, Rhizoctonia and Fusarium, and is suited to organic production or conventional IPM programs.

For greenhouse flats, plug trays and pots, mix 1 to 1.5 lb of SoilGard per cubic yard of potting soil or growing medium; it can also be applied as a drench, in-furrow or through irrigation systems. SoilGard works preventatively, so apply before disease is present and allow treated media to incubate about 24 hours before planting for best results.
