The HP Mini is a mid-size High Performance bucker that delivers commercial bucking in a compact tabletop format, processing up to 125 lbs wet or 25 lbs dry per hour.

Three feed holes (1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in) accept stems up to 1/2 in, and a 0.75 HP gear-driven motor with variable speed and reverse handles wet and dry material. Food-grade, heavy-duty components clean in 10 to 15 minutes.
