RootShield Granules

RootShield Granules is a biological fungicide built on Trichoderma harzianum strain T-22, a beneficial fungus that colonizes the root zone and forms a living barrier against soil-borne pathogens. Once established, the organism grows with the root system and continues protecting new root tissue as the plant develops. It is OMRI Listed and registered under EPA Reg. No. 68539-3.

The granular formulation is incorporated directly into growing media before planting, making it well suited to bulk media batching, propagation, and container production. Because protection is preventive rather than curative, it is applied at media mixing or transplant rather than in response to an active outbreak. Bulk 500 lb and 1000 lb sizes support large-volume media operations.
