Actuate SC Miticide

Actuate SC is a bifenazate miticide from Atticus for knockdown and residual control of spider mites on ornamental plants. It works on the motile stages of mites and also has ovicidal activity against Tetranychus spp. spider mites. Atticus notes it is soft on predatory mites and beneficial insects when used as directed.

Actuate SC is applied as a foliar spray to ornamentals grown in greenhouses, shadehouses, nurseries and landscapes, as well as greenhouse tomatoes and non-bearing fruit trees. Apply as soon as mites appear; the label notes residual control for up to 28 days. It is not effective on rust mites, broad mites or flat mites.
