Made for Integrated Cultivation

PIPP Horticulture equipment is made in the United States and designed to integrate with essential cultivation systems such as lighting, irrigation, drainage, airflow, and plant-support equipment. Solutions can be configured for cultivation, food production, floriculture, propagation, research, and other controlled-environment agriculture applications.

The final equipment package is developed around the crop, room dimensions, production targets, workflow, code requirements, and operational preferences. Individual components can be specified, or several product families can be combined into an integrated cultivation and post-harvest system.

Vertical Grow Racks

PIPP vertical grow racks are available in mobile or stationary configurations and can be designed with multiple cultivation levels. Adjustable beam positions and accessory-support options allow the rack to be coordinated with grow trays, lighting, irrigation, drainage, trellis, fire-suppression clearances, and in-rack airflow.

Rack size, height, tier count, bay dimensions, aisle layout, and loading requirements are project specific. Systems can be configured for mother, vegetative, flowering, drying, curing, storage, and other facility functions.

Mobile Carriage Options

Mobile carriages reduce the amount of space committed to fixed aisles by creating an accessible working aisle where it is needed. Available configurations include:

• Modular carriages for flexible mobile-rack layouts
• Mechanical-assist carriages with a geared handle for moving longer or heavier rack rows
• TRAK-FREE™ carriages designed around a single rear guide rail to reduce floor-track exposure in working areas
• Manual carriages for shorter, lighter-duty mobile storage or retail applications

The appropriate carriage is selected according to rack length, system weight, floor conditions, aisle plan, application, and operational requirements.

Single-Tier GGS Rolling Benches

GGS rolling benches are the single-level option within the PIPP Horticulture portfolio. They are suited to mother, vegetative, flowering, greenhouse, and other bench-based production areas where a multi-tier system is not required.

Available bench tops include expanded metal, ebb-and-flood trays, and irrigation troughs. Benches can be configured with custom widths and lengths, aluminum framing, anti-tip brackets, rounded corners, trellis supports, and lighting-support options.

ELEVATE® Platform System

The patented ELEVATE® Platform System provides portable access to upper cultivation levels. Lightweight decks, adjustable rails, and ladder options integrate with PIPP bulk rack systems and can be configured for new or existing mobile vertical rack installations.

Standard and Outside Aisle configurations are available. Platform layout, mounting height, working-aisle width, access points, and required capacity are confirmed during system design.

VAS In-Rack Airflow

Vertical Air Solutions airflow systems are designed to provide consistent air movement across crop canopies in multi-level racks. The in-rack system places air distribution alongside the lighting and canopy instead of relying only on wall-mounted or oscillating fans.

VAS configurations can incorporate filtration and carbon-dioxide delivery while helping homogenize the rack environment. Airflow design depends on rack layout, tier spacing, canopy density, HVAC strategy, room conditions, and production requirements.

Grow Trays and Drainage

PIPP grow trays are available for drip-to-drain and ebb-and-flow cultivation strategies. Depending on the selected model, features may include built-in drainage slope, corrosion-resistant aluminum construction, ABS construction with a UV-stable cap, optional HDPE inserts, accessory attachment points, and gaps that support airflow or sprinkler passthrough.

• Airflow Grow Trays with modular aluminum sections and open areas for convection and sprinkler passthrough
